How we will collaborate

Getting in touch & co-building an offer

We build a proposal that fits the needs of your team/your company. Do you want to bring content about chocolate, about tea or about coffee? Do you want to get a special focus on a specific cocoa beans producing country? Or maybe you prefer to showcase a country of chocolate makers? Let's make it relevant for you.

Planning the event

Once you are satisfied with the proposal & the details; we schedule it. It takes a bit of time on my side to acquire the right supply (bars, tea, coffee and beans). So better to plan ahead.

Getting the kits delivered

I can supply & deliver Educational kits to many EU countries. I use DHL services to ensure the kits arrive well and on time.

The D-day: "connecting" online

Once you have introduced the workshop, I will be taking the lead. It is really interactive, so your colleagues & teammates will have lots of opportunities to ask questions. If you desire, I can also provide you materials for you to set up a quiz at the end of the session - or to be done offline.

Sharing Tips & Recommendations

Based on the questions & interactions that we will be having with your team, I will be sharing a list of tips & recommendations (food, brands, books....) afterward by e-mail. If you desire, a Monkey Survey could also be created & sent to your employees to check their satisfaction level & give you feedbacks.

Why choosing working with me?

New, Different, Educational, Accessible to all ages!

Educational

We present the origin of cacao beans & chocolate! We explain what’s happening in the producing countries & we describe the transformation steps of the chocolate makers.

"a 1h Break" in the middle of a full day work event

Engaging employees remotely - when everyone is working from home - is a challenge. A way to "break a full day work event" is to organize a 1h chocolate educational workshop!

Fun & Interactive

We make people contribute & participate as much as possible. People can ask questions, bring there preferred chocolate/tea/coffee in front of the screen and ask for feedbacks or sensory review. Our goal: Make sure that your employees are engaged, learn and have fun!
